In a shoot that took Mike a few years to arrange we’ll spend the day with his executive Chef a veteran of the New York scene, Shane McBride and get a rare glimpse back stage at Balthazar then head over to Minetta Tavern where we’ll be first film crew ever allowed in their 5 year history to capture the food and that beautiful historic room.
